AES Five-Year Strategic Plan 2022 – 2027
The AES Five-Year Strategic Plan (2022–2027) outlines the Kinoomaadziwin Education Body’s commitment to supporting Anishinabek student success through a culturally grounded and community-driven approach.
Rooted in the Seven Grandfather Teachings, the plan emphasizes Anishinaabe identity, language revitalization, holistic well-being, and strong family and community connections.
It is guided by a clear vision: that all students are confident, successful, and rooted in their language, culture, and traditional knowledge.
The plan is built around four strategic goals, with the first focusing on defining and supporting Anishinabek student success and well-being through meaningful evaluation, strong community supports, and shared indicators.
With measurable objectives and a strong emphasis on collaboration with Participating First Nations, the plan ensures that all actions align with the values and priorities of the Anishinabek Education System.
