In this workshop, Dr. Layla Hall will focus on tips/suggestions for gathering information on a student who has ASD in advance of class starting, as well as during the first couple weeks of school. In specific, we will discuss how to interpret different types of ASD assessment reports and apply that information to the classroom. We will also discuss things to consider to help prepare yourself, design lessons, and set up the environment before class starts.
