This presentation will provide an overview of screening strategies you can use to identify students who may require formal assessment, as well as an overview of the process involved with psycho-educational or psycho-diagnostic assessment. We will discuss the benefits and consequences of formal diagnosis so that you can make informed decisions about pursuing an assessment. Finally, we will discuss how to interpret psychology reports so that you can best use the results to benefit your child.
